Not good enough

The product, when it works, is amazing.

Unfortunately it seldom works. The connection between my iPad and RedEyes hardware breaks all the time, for long periods of time, rendering Redeyes application on my iPad either frozen trying to process a command or sending commands that the hardware will never receive.

Imagine yourself trying to go back to your favorite show on the the TV, only to find that RedEye is not responding. It drives you insane!

Suddenly, again for no reason, the hardware wakes up, reconnects to my iPad and then everything works flawlessly. Of course10 min too late.
